We are located in the Southwest of the UK but ship worldwide

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship from the UK within 24 hours with shipping taking over average 2-4 days. International deliveries may take longer.

How do I track my order?

Returns

How do I return an item?

Use the contact form to get in touch and we can arrange a return for you.

How long does it take to process my return?

Depending on how long it takes you to retrurn the item we expect the process to take no longer than a week once back at our depot.

Can I exchange for a different item?

What allergies do make products for?

We focus on the 14 main food allergens in the UK. However, we are constantly expanding and growing our range so please get in touch if you would like a custom order.

Totally fair! Our travel cards are made in good faith for people with allergies by people with allergies as a tool to help navigate allergies abroad, however, there may be cultural nuances that are not accounted for, therefore, always use common sense and medical advice when using our cards.
